Yo, guys, one of the reasons Nintendo is such a great game-maker is because it stays away from swearing, sex, extreme violence, and such. A question for you Osoko.
You said DS will communicate with the Revolution and that the Revolution can emulate all past Nintendo consoles.
So will it be possible to play downloaded NES (Famicom in Europe) and Super Nintendo (Super Famicon in Europe) from the Revolution on the DS ?

Guys, this "Osaka Tanaka" is likely "Aries" the just-graduated-from-high-school dude (who got a few speculations right but many wrong as well) trying to use modified English to pass himself off as coming from Japan.
He says basically the same type of things. Lately bringing up that retro is working on a "Halo-killer" and that you should blame IGN for nothing being announced on the 19th (since he claims they saw the finalized console working and everything and it was up to them to post the details.)

Yes, the DS is a Nintendo system, but they never said anything about be able to play DS games on the Revolution. Do you realise how crazy the Rev controller would have to be in order to play NES, SNES, N64 AND DS games on it? It would have to feature a nicrophone, not to mention a little something, the touch screen. With back light of course.
Now that's something I find hard to believe.

Hi. I am a french man and i believe all that you have said. The problem is that Nintendo have the reputation to make some "child products", and the E3 pre-conference would have to change that and for the majority of the people they don't do that.
Sony and Microsoft communicates very well for their next gen (too much...), and hardcore fans need that. Why ? Cause they are the first to buy their system, and if Nintendo want to change their position in the world market (3rd ?) they should made a revolutionary and a system as

im a nintendo fan, but i dought that the new nintendo consol will wipe out the competition, as nintendo havnt realy given to much detail about thier consol i already feel drawn to the new xbox as i feel its hittin all the spots the consumer wants it to. as much as i would like to see nintendo wipe sony off the consol market i dont think they will, i work in an electrical retailer (i wont say which one for certain reasons) and nintendo said the ds will be amazin...its not, the plastic they used on the case feels unbelivably cheep, its huge and there are still no decent games out on it. unless nintedo pulls some thing amazin out of the bag there not going to make it another generation (and this amazing thing had better not be touch related). and one last thing....please let pokemon die, thoose games have hit rock bottom and started diggin.

Microsoft loses a lot of money each xbox is sold and also loses a lot of money because of piracy and the same fact to Sony but I don't know if they lose money when a Playstation 2 is sold! So the only who remais is...Nintendo! So think again...
With this knowlege you have to think that Nintendo only make this moves only try to be cooler and so for...us for people like you and me for people who like games who like Nintendo! So don't say that they don't pay attencion to their users...cause they've paid a lot! If they don't paid attencion to us Nintendo continue to be like Gamecube little sold, few games (but great great games despite the huge number of games on both ps2 and xbox and that few are great!) but hell no...they are trying to inovate!

My cousin worked on all the lighting and technical equipment at E3, especially the Nintendo conference (he didnt do it all). As a result they are required to know exactly whats going on during the conference so they know how long lights are going to be on, when they will be used for effects, and other stuff.
He informed me that Nintendo at no point had any "surprises" in their conference or on the E3 floor. If they had he would have HAD to know for saftey and technical reasons.
So, in conclusion, Nintendo at no point was playing any game.
